so a pound of meat is about a hundred grams of protein so for every pound of meat you want to get about 200 grams of fat maybe a little bit less a little less less than that in terms of what would be less because I'm calculating Ingram pounds okay yeah but but the ratio is 100 and certified 100 gram of meat 35 grams of fat okay so for every if you're actually not if we're taking the the non dry weight so if we're actually looking at every gram speaking of just speaking of meat and fat meat and fat rather than think of the trans again it's protein
