practitioners tell me that if you transition a person over four to six weeks they adhere to it better and you actually get more favorable health responses. You don't have a lot of funky blood work that come back. You know, it could be the electrolytes with people that have certain mutations with fatty acid oxidation disorders. Even ApoE4 carriers tend to like you'll see their LDL go up and you'll see things like HDL go down and you'll see they start the diet and their triglycerides go up.
