like what if I redesign my diet in a very specific way to get my nutrients and so I now have a much more structured pill a big diet I and I I start that at December 26 2007 and January I go off to this new clinic and I just observe what people are doing for a week and then I start seeing these patients yeah and I'm going to my tote reclaim wheelchair I'm standing up doing an exam sitting down making my notes and I realized at the end of the week like oh my god I actually could do it and it's startling I realize I'm having more energy my thinking is more clear and then I realize my pain my face pain is gone and I start getting stronger
