Your ancestors celebrated animal foods over all other foods and used plant foods sparingly as survival foods.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Animal meat and organs are clearly the optimal foods for humans, with plant foods serving as fallback/survival foods in most cases.
Thus, when faced with a choice of what to eat, animals foods are clearly a superior choice. Why eat survival foods when the optimal foods are available in abundance? If your answer to that question is variety or entertainment, fine, but realize those plant foods add little to the nutritional adequacy or quality of your diet and could certainly be causing issues.
animal source foods are superior sources of nutrition in the human diet
the first point you made is really very difficult to debate scientifically from a nutritional biochemical standpoint and that is the fact that animals provide clearly clearly superior nutrition for humans then plant foods
but the animal foods are the optimal foods and then if you go down that whole other rabbit hole which we can go down the plant foods are just full of toxins
we are spreading the good word about animal foods being amazing for humans and plant foods being generally full of toxins tolerated by some people marginally but not awesome for people in general unless you're very discerning which is where the carnivore ish thing comes in
the fact that animal foods are really in my opinion in the opinion of many others the best foods on the planet because they have all the nutrients humans need to thrive in the most bioavailable forms plants just do not have the nutrients that humans needs they really are fall back foods at best
animal foods are the foods that are nutrient rich for humans plant foods are survival foods we can detoxify some of them but not all of them be careful with them
we don't need to eat plants as humans but as a fallback food i believe that no matter where on the earth we were living what latitude or ever we would have had access to hundreds if not thousands more varieties of plants which made the probability of overwhelming our bodies with these toxins very different
if we look at the relative value of animals and plants in the human diet i sort of see animals as superior to plants and animals as the central piece of the human diet and that when humans can't get animals they may rely on plants more as quote survival foods or as a quote fallback food
