avocado oil is more monounsaturated fat and you talked about this in your book as well that olive oil yeah avocado oil these are more Omega 9 they're more monounsaturated fat in the fatty acid molecule there's one carbon mono and saturated where there's a double bond there's me - there's one space between two carbons where there's a double bond and that's a monounsaturated fat and I think those are better than polyunsaturated fats for the most part we need a little bit of polyunsaturated fat we don't need as much as we've been told and especially I don't very much at all we need a small small amount but I think it would come in all of the foods were eating normally
