and then recently the journal physics org had a piece talking about the real and I was kind of fascinated all forward this thing on you but the real homo sapien diet with the one that was almost exclusively built around large herbivores oh yeah because I was making this case around like the the Pleistocene you know transition and massive grasslands and like the world was just rich with these this megafauna that was feasting on all this this grassland and that that is probably where a significant chunk of kind of our macronutrient epigenetic genetic programming kind of guy got dialed in
