I do think it's useful for people to try tracking for a while I mean again we we have people like you know our app is is different than a a calorie tracking app because it actually gives you um you know macros to eat based on your dietary preference and your goals and then it'll it will adjust them based on how you're progressing so it's not just a oneandone calculation and a lot of people love that but they also people who've never tracked before go oh my God I didn't know what I was eating like
