And historically, you better believe we were eating anything. Shoe leather test, you know, the consistency of any any tough piece of meat from an animal. We were boiling it and cooking it down. And, you know, the tongue was for the elderly members of the tribe who who needed the softer meat. But the the the vital members of the tribe, they ate the meat and they just chewed the heck out of and got all that collagen and we would cook all the tendons and so yeah, nothing is going to waste.
