I definitely I agree with you that that the the carbohydrates from fruit are less bad and so many people talking about things is less bad or less good as much it helps them understand things so if you say oh yeah definitely processed carbs you know high fructose corn syrup that's definitely bad fruit's okay I think for and that's probably true for some people to some degree but I really think that it helps people understand when you say you know process grains and sugar uh the the the breakfast cereals the you know just drinking fruit juice that's bad but eating lots of fruit is less bad and I totally agree with that and I think if you if you did a study in humans where one group ate lots of processed carbs lots of processed fructose and the other group ate fresh raw fruits yeah I think that's less bad 100 agree with that but being less bad doesn't make it good doesn't make it optimal for the majority of people
