I think it's very clear that we I mean if you look anthropologically intakes of plant foods are lowest in the Arctic and they're highest at the equator and so you know no there's never been a desire of any human population for a fully vegan or fully carnivore diet I'm not saying there's no people that ate that way but there was no Ana population level the traditional diets were about 37% animal foods at the equator where plant foods were most abundant and they were basically they got as much plants as they could in the Arctic where plants were scarce since they didn't eat a lot of plants but they they did whatever they could deep plants in we evolved in the equator so it was that 37% plant food I think it comes from the cool song in Africa sub-saharan Africa yeah
