i didn't move very much that summer i was very well bundled against the cold we mostly sat and watched wolves do what they did around the den or we rode on four-wheelers there wasn't a lot of exercise to be had and um so i sat on my butt ate a lot of fat and by the end of the summer i'd lost about 25 pounds and you know when i got off the plane and hugged my best friend who came to pick me up they looked at me and they said did you do this on purpose because i lost all this weight i was super lean you know and mind you i understand that there is you know there's a thermogenic thing at work but the fact is is that you know i was very well bundled against the cold and you would think by eating all this fat rich food that i would have packed on some pounds because i really wasn't exercising so there was something there for me to reckon with
