Yeah, plyotropic is kind of like a fancy somewhat nebulous word that basically means there are multiple mechanisms that are activated uh biochemically, physiologically neuropharmacologically uh that have beneficial effects.
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.
