The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i also believe that in general as humans we want to focus on animal fats with stearic acid oxygen fatty acids as i have discussed over things like coconut oil you guys are probably asking what about avocado oil what about olive oil those are higher in linoleic acid than tallow which is two percent linoleic acid olive oil and avocado oil are 15 so i would use the lowest linoleic acid oils you can find coconut talogee etc and i'm a fan of animal fats because they have longer chain saturated fats like stearic acid which are known to be beneficial in humans
