I eat essentially the same things every day ground beef whole milk that's the cafir pineapple coconut water honey mango butter salt papaya uh more butter more salt beef plantains hardened soil whole package on that day uh beef heart beef liver and two hours of surfing again the macros are pretty similar on this day I had 285 gram of carbs 219 gram of fat this says I had 15 51 gram of protein so I was maybe a little under protein on this I think I underestimated the amount of ground beef that I was eating on this day
