there is plenty in the academic sport science that should to suggest that carbohydrates are gergich enik that improve performance in various different sports but if you were comparing that to somebody whose keys have adapted for an adequate period of time and started out with you know the same level of performance to begin with do they then see it do they then see a decrement in performance would they benefit from very small amounts of carbohydrate during the event my guess is maybe probably but those studies that exist yet
