so what i do basically is i i try to eat uh a lot of organs uh liver heart kidneys um trips uh include that in my diet it's something that i normally don't eat because it's not part of or i would say most of north american diet but is that it's something that when you eat it it's very nutritive so i include that and and also i try to eat a lot of uh stuff that comes from an animal uh grass-fed animal uh free-range uh wild catch fish and on top of it and if i'm still hungry at the end i'm eating uh fruits mostly berries uh sometimes bananas and but no veggies and no processed food the first three weeks i was very on point i i didn't even season at all my my meat i just i put salt but no nothing else like i was really like buying a book very disciplined the last week i would say i i i loosen up a little bit uh because i like to put spice on it but i i was very uh i didn't uh i didn't i didn't exaggerate you know what i mean i was very uh disciplined
