where do you get riboflavin it's very hard to get riboflavin unless you are eating heart and liver you can do the research and go down the rabbit hole guys there's a good amount of riboflavin in meat
there's really no good way that I've found to get your riboflavin without eating animal products liver is perhaps the best source along with heart
