there are so many molecules and the spectrum of metaquinones in vitamin k2 is just an illustration just the tip of the iceberg here like you said we're still learning about molecules in organs that are beneficial for humans that we don't think of canonically as vitamins and minerals they're not b vitamins they're not minerals so they're not going to be on a traditional label but they're not going to be in the usda database but bpc157 ll-37 or other catholocidans in bone marrow and these are all on our website we've talked about them ergothionine spermidine which is always kind of a snickering one i'm always like haha but i talked about it in a recent newsletter too i mean spermidine is a polyamine that's found in liver and kidney and other organs that and obviously in semen as well that has benefits for dementia in clinical trials and yet there you go like really not found in that many plant foods erykothianine is in some plant foods but these are in my opinion quote magical compounds really beneficial compounds that we've had forever and we're just now beginning to understand nutrition it's way more than vitamins and minerals
