some people it just doesn't matter how low the sodium supplementation is they get a GI response to it like they get kind of a woosh effect as if they had taken like a magnesium sulfate or something like that and I'm wondering again like are these folks at like the kidney levels super efficient at retaining sodium so there's some signaling between the kidney and the gut whether they're like nope we're not taking anything on because it's a it's not a lot of people but each person describes exactly the same thing they're like man if I try to do some sort of an electrolyte beverage and it's got a passing amount of sodium in it like they're running to the bathroom and they just get a full kind of woosh effect out of it they get an osmotic diarrhea type yeah which really shouldn't happen right it does in some people
