that is also the enzyme that is inhibited by piperine so interesting there but piperine is from black pepper it is inhibited by UDP it inhibits UDP kookier on acyl transferase and joel barish syndrome is a modification in that enzyme as well
pepper has a compound in it called piperine among others that inhibit a big long enzyme called the udp glucuronasal transferase that's involved in phase 2 detoxification in your body
