so perhaps there is a mechanism here now essentially we live in an eternal Summer now in the fact that we don't have food scarcity most of us are quite fortunate to have a access to Foods all of the time during the recent uh crazy events that shall go unnamed sometimes grocery stores were a little bit undersocked but most of us go to the grocery store which are modern day hunting grounds and they're stocked the same every day but at the same time as we're living in an eternal Summer in terms of food availability it's almost like we're living in an eternal winter in terms of the signals we're giving our bodies by eating this many seed oils every day
