So you eat better calories, your metabolism. You eat crappy calories, it makes you more hungry, which recently has claimed to become super. It increased blood flow to the hypothalamus 8% versus sugar and water. you make people hungrier but it has fewer calories. So if you eat garbage calories you will be more hungry and then you end up having to use all of these you know things that might work in the short term but I think have side effects in the long term.
