and of all of those the seed oils are the biggest thing but they are in everything and we are told they are good for us and is totally wrong
Seed oils are a major problem. They're industrially produced, refined, bleach, and deodorized. And they're giving us this inappropriate amount of linoleic acid and it's really causing a problem for our metabolism.
