when we do over feeding studies in humans where we very specifically make the fat either polyunsaturated linoleic acid or saturated fat we don't seem to see that difference however it's been done in the context of a mixed diet so you know so like the muffin study in Sweden so it's the fat in a muffin if it was pure I think it was either palmitic acid or linoleic acid it didn't seem to have an effect either on society or the amount that people ate
