although you could you could almost think of doing a diet log here where the only thing you're asking them to log is fiber and you give them a really clear sense of fiber and it's just all we're doing is counting grams of fiber per day take a picture of everything you eat that is one of these things on this laminated card every time you eat a carrot or a celery or this or an orange just take a freaking picture of it and tell me how much of it you ate and that's it I don't care how many calories how many Diet Cokes I don't care about anything just eat all the cookies you want if you want I just want to know this metric
