Now on my website which is carnivoremd.com we put a little animal-based calculator and then the calculator is your height your weight and your activity level and it'll give you some macros to kind of Base it off of and that carbohydrate macro is pretty wide I think that if people are less active than I am I mean I don't think many people are surfing in in the water for three hours a day so I think I'm at the high end of carbohydrates but I use that as an as an anecdote to say hey I'm eating 300 grams of carbohydrates and I'm not not gaining weight
