there's there's never been a case of scurvy in the carnivore community that I've ever seen
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
you can check the vitamin C level you know on people so I can actually do labs the on and I've done it on myself you can do labs beyond the way someone looks and prove like hey there's no scurvy here there's no scurvy here
if you're just trying to prevent scurvy I think that you know most people on a carnivore diet that has fresh meat especially if it's cooked gently and marinated in an acidic medium because acid preserves vitamin C are probably going to get enough vitamin C to prevent scurvy
my concerns are vitamin C if you're if you're in that we don't have that seasonal variation that I'm much more comfortable if somebody is going to be a carnivore diet that they fluctuate between carnivore and fasting so we have that variation and I'd rather that they have some seasonal introduction of some plant material to emulate what are at what I think boonie Hilda was doing
