when i ate this tuber it was incredibly fibrous you spit out the entire thing there was no way you were going to chew and digest this it was pretty gross not sweet at all kind of starchy maybe a good source of a little bit of water maybe a good source of some complex carbohydrates in the tuber just basic calories but not a whole lot in terms of a highly sought after food by humans
so they're so fibrous that they actually have to spit out a wad of fiber after they're done chewing it so it's like a sugar cane or something where you suck out the nutrient but you're spitting out the the pure uh unsoluble fiber
