I love though I love the combination of suet for cooking chicken and for making braises and things I cook kofta in it the other day it's a beautiful brown like it really Browns nicely it's great for cooking eggs so I'm actually gonna do a video on rendering your own suet and I'm pretty on the website now to just just holes to it for people who want to eat it raw and then also just to be able to cook with it because I think it's a transformational fad to have in your kitchen holds at room temperature inexpensive great for your health you feel amazing like in an amazing smoke point smoke points like over 500 right so it's really fabulous it's the cheapest highest quality unrefined cooking oil you can you can you possibly have and it's very high in stearic acid so go get it you guys you're gonna sell out of this one on yeah like I mean I I'm on a mission to make su it just like more approachable with people it is waxy but you're gonna heat it it's absolutely the best thing to be using pre cooking I mean the best chicken tacos I mean chicken taco filling with it with actually just you know like I had post chicken then I seared it in the suet and then braised it with some bone broth and that suet just added that you know chicken the lack of fat a little boring right but then adding in a nice finishing amount of suit so delicious
