Wagyu is a breed of cow known for being fattier, and grass-finished Wagyu from New Zealand is considered exceptional.

“Wagu is a breed of cow, and it does not necessarily mean the cow is any better. It's just a fattier breed of cow. I like fat in my meat. I think it's good for humans. But this is American raised Wagyu. I almost said American raised Wagyu, but um this does not have any grass finishing. This is evidently a grainfed Wagyu. So, don't be fooled by that. I have seen grass finished Wagus. There's a company out of New Zealand as a grass-finish Wagyu. A grass-fed grass-finish Wagu. That's amazing.”
