if you are eating most of your fat from animals which is where we would have gotten it and again you know I'm not staunchly dogmatically against carbohydrates but I think we would have gotten the majority of our fat from animals wild animals don't have a lot of omega-6 floating around in their body it's mostly saturated and some and you know half mono and half saturated with a small amount of PUFA
