even when i eat a couple of oranges or an apple or a couple of tablespoons of honey on different days or i have a cup or two of rice in a day which are basically the only carbohydrates that i eat i'm really not going to go much over 100 grams of carbohydrates 400 calories out of what's probably a 2500 calorie day for me i'm well below 40 of my calories from carbohydrates
