We can't find evidence that holds up here. Proponents are reasoning from mechanism or analogy rather than direct human data, and the most credible skeptics raise objections we can't dismiss.

I think we must begin to ask about the sanity of vegan diets in general it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me furthermore and this isn't something I'll discuss in this podcast but something I will discuss in the future if you want to gain muscle on a vegan diet and in order to do that you must take significant hundreds of grams of synthetic processed vegan protein powders made from PE protein or hemp protein isolate getting proteins or amino acids in concentration that would be very difficult to get from Whole Foods you must also question the sanity of a vegan diet for long-term Health long-term longevity long-term bone density and muscle growth it doesn't seem to add up guys
