And I just am not convinced that's the case. When I was with the Hadza, they were eating honey without abandon. Like just just with reckless abandon. It's not even reckless because it's good for them. But they were eating honey when we could find it. And they they're sure their blood sugar went up above 130 when they did that. And mine did too because I ate honey right out of the comb.
