and this nutrition label is very interesting because it's just basically a few micronutrients mostly macronutrients fat protein and carbohydrates and you hear people all the time I think now taking the first half step which is they're looking at a label and they're going how many carbs are in this which I think is the wrong question to ask but they're at least looking at a label thankfully but it's hard for people to look at a label and tell anything about food quality because like you're saying there's no secondary label that says oh this product contains this much uh you know per floro alal substances pfas this product contains this many microplastic this product contains this many heavy metals this product contains this much glyphosate chloro quat and other pesticides and actually this product contains this amount of linolic acid or this amount of trans fats or this amount of oxidized fats that aren't it's just it's so hard for people to know what the quality of a food is
