I do wonder if there are some people who can thrive on fully carbohydrate based diets I think there probably are and I have been very clear in the past that I don't think carbs are bad for humans

I don't think that that carbohydrates are bad for everyone but there clearly are some people who just don't respond all the carbohydrates
what I am also clearly not saying is the carbohydrates are bad for all people as I fear the Dogma has become I think there is too much fear around carbohydrates certainly the source of carbohydrates matters
