so let's just say somebody listening right now is eating the standard American crap diet they don't know anything about nutrition here we go step one you're going to remove all sugars from your diet and that includes organic agave nectar that includes locally grown non-gmo honey all that stuff's pure sugar get that out of your diet immediately secondly number two get rid of honey even honey yeah oh yeah and people think honey's magic right honey is just be vomit that's full of fructose that's what honey is okay it originally causes a lot of tooth decay yeah you eat enough honey the dentist will love you that's right so that's step one you get rid of all sugars even natural sugars they're still sugar step two get rid of all grains and and that means rice oat sweet corn but it also means amaranth and millet and rye and quinoa god forbid and the paleo people just got mad right all the in the reason why okay why because all grains break down into sugar right they have very inflammatory things in them which you talk about all the time but they ultimately break down into glucose and fructose just like sugar that's what they are right and there may be a little fiber thrown in there which you also talked about but that's what they ultimately are and so step two is get rid of all grains out of your diet whether they're processed or whether they're anxious get rid of all grains step three is get rid of all industrial seed oils and this includes canola this includes soybean peanut oil corn oil and all the there's a long list right if you can't squeeze something and get oil out of it it's not a natural human consumable oil and that's the first three steps
