there's a big difference between somebody having like a small bowl of ice cream that they fit into their budget for the day um that allows them to kind of feel less restricted and feel like they're they're not missing out that prevents them from having a huge binge session you know down the road when their willpower eventually breaks and it doesn't work for everybody but it works for some people if they can have that bow ice cream but they're still getting enough dietary fiber they're still hitting their protein they're not going over calories they're getting micronutrients in I would say what's the problem with that right
