personally I'm quite skeptical that that humans can thrive on plant-based diets long term when I did a podcast with Chris master John and and you've said this as well Chris brought up this really great point that that we really need to be careful when we're saying plant-based does that mean you're getting 2% of your foods from animals because as you and both Chris master John have pointed out if you get 2% of your foods from animals and that's boy stirs and liver that's a very unique subset of nutrients
