Yeah. One thing that affects recovery is inflammation. For one, when your gut's healthy, and it is a lot easier to get a healthy gut, you know. I know a lot of people that eat meat out there. I'm not saying meat's bad. I'm just saying that your gut likes fiber. It likes fiber. I mean, it's as simple as that. It likes it because it metabolizes it into something that regulates your immune system. And that's scientifically proven. It's been shown in dozens of studies. You know, it's pretty much consensus.
