I think it's probably gonna balance out and I think yes the ratio of sodium to potassium is probably important in the context of where we're studying this stuff so in a high carbohydrate diet where insulin is high which causes greater sodium retention in the kidney more of the sodium that you is gonna be recycled back into the body it's gonna keep sodium levels high therefore you need to somehow hack your way over that you probably need to add more potassium
