it I believe it is possible to over consume omega-3 as well and we can talk about that that's a nuanced sort of down the road but most of what we're seeing is omega-6 vegetable oils because they're enriched in our food and I tell my clients this all the time tell the people I work with all the time when you go to a restaurant ask what they cook the food and if you look at a label look at those labels you will be amazed at how commonly you will see let's give people some idea of these vegetable oils corn soy sunflower safflower peanut etc these are all polyunsaturated rich vegetable oils canola being the most common one that are contributing to this problem
