if I'm not fasting maybe two or three of those and a whole bunch of real salt I like real salt Redman real side yeah how much real salt do you think you're eating in a day probably a tablespoon I don't need very much a tablespoon so that's like 10 to 15 grams or a teaspoon a teaspoon it's like 5 grams I think it's probably more than a teaspoon for most people it is um but I don't know if it's quite a tablespoon
