aikido terry and i mentioned doing it seasonally is another tool i i think people can experiment and play around with it because there's a time and place from a um from a bio-individual standpoint to increase clean carbohydrates that work for your body and check in with your body how's your energy how's your sex drive how's your sleep how's your digestion how's all these things if it's working for you keep doing it but if some people are like no i felt better when i was in lower carb or a ketogenic state i felt better with these more of the deeper fast then keep doing that too so it's okay
