I think that if you're eating cheese my perspective would be you want to make sure that that's animal rennet and not vegetable rennet especially if you have autoimmune conditions or you're quite sensitive I and would you agree with that I think that like you want to just be careful because some cheeses are going to have vegetable rennets in them and I think that could cause autoimmune issues for people it also has some soy residue so if you're very allergic to soy soy protein that's there it's going to cause allergic reactions
