if you want to include carbs the sweet spot for me is around 100 grams of carbs per day but see what works for you
The evidence is convergent. Multiple independent sources reach the same conclusion, the underlying mechanism is well-characterized, and even the field's most cautious voices treat it as worth doing.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.
Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.
i think for most people the sweet spot is probably even a little lower 20 30 30 20. for some people it's even lower at 15 percent of your calories from carbohydrates
i think for a lot of people the sweet spots around 15 20 25 30 of your calories from carbohydrates i do think for those people with full-blown diabetes with if if i saw the guy that we looked at first with full-blown visceral fat i would say yeah go lower carb
we have to find our center and pivot from there so i'm not afraid of fruit sugar i think it's fine but people need to be mindful of not more isn't always better you have to find that sweet spot
