high oxalate foods the biggest ones would probably be things like almonds which are technically a seed I've already talked about that root vegetables specifically sweet potatoes are moderate perhaps the biggest offender is spinach beets are also high in oxalates so I would be careful about those in general and I would put them on the more toxic end of the spectrum

almonds used to be toxic didn't they oh not only did they used to be toxic they still are toxic and here's look i i'll uh complete disclosure i have an issue i have my body has an issue with oxalates anyhow
