okay so at this point in the podcast let's return to discussions of sugars we talked a little bit about starches we talked about amylose amylopectin we'll get to that in a moment we're talking about high fructose corn syrup and how it's made because it's probably the reason it's a problem for humans but what are the different types of sugar so we have high fructose corn syrup you have table sugar you have fruit honey maple syrup Etc lactose from dairy as I mentioned these are not all the same
