I would not sacrifice the consumption of fat for protein I would eat the fat first the nutrient rich sources of the animal first the liver of the egg yolks which are gonna be higher in fat and so that's my concern is if we're just focusing on protein we're missing out on those unique micronutrients by not because they might not have as high or I should say yeah they might not have as high of a protein to energy ratio the concern is that this protein energy ratio kind of in a way shuns the fatty foods some of which are not great admittedly and some of which are natural sources of animal fat that I think have unique nutrients like we were talking about fats vitamins vitamin k2 etc and allow us to absorb fat soluble nutrients in the other foods that we're eating
