if we're going to eat seafood I would lean toward much leaner Seafood that's going to be very low in Omega-3s
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.

Would love a "what would change this verdict" RSS feed. Sign me up if it exists.

And uh, yeah, I I think it's if we're concerned about all those things with omega sixes, we should be that much more concerned with the omega-3s. Uh, and that means not only fish oil supplements, but also fatty fish like salmon. Uh, there are a couple of varieties that are a bit leaner and aren't going to have quite as much of the omega-3s. But in general, if we're going to eat seafood, I would lean toward much leaner seafood that's going to be very low in omega-3s.
